Tournament format

Skill levels 3.0 through 4.5 use round robin play. The 5.0 division uses double elimination when a bracket has at least seven teams.

Top two teams in each pool advance to the playoff round.
Bronze medal matches are one game to 15, win by two.
Gold medal matches are best two-of-three games to 11, win by two.

Registration & refunds

Registration is open on the official tournament listing through October 16, 2026 at 6 p.m. AZST. Withdrawals by October 17 are eligible for a refund less a $10 processing fee and the non-refundable $5 service fee per event. The tournament listing states that no refunds are available after registration closes.
