Inquiry & lineup
Vendors must submit the inquiry form at least one week before an event. Lineup position depends on the number of days participating and when the form is submitted. A change in availability may change placement.
Tournament vendors

Everything local vendors need to know about joining SPA tournament weekends.
Categories
SPA accepts one vendor per category. Be specific about everything you plan to sell; vendors may not add products that conflict with another approved vendor’s category.
Fees & payment
The vendor fee is $25 per day. A vendor may instead donate an item valued at $100 by selecting that option on the form. Mailed checks must be sent 10 days before the event, and SPA must be notified by email or text.
Setup & timeline
Setup is the Thursday before an event from 3:30–5:30 p.m., or at 6 a.m. on the first event day. Athletes begin arriving at 6:30 a.m. for practice before 7 a.m. check-in.
Tent requirements
Tents must be 8 × 8 feet and have adequate weights or stakes. Wind gusts can reach 35 mph; unsecured tents must be taken down.
Overnight & security
Tents, tables, and chairs may remain overnight, but valuables should not. Security patrols the venue, but neither SPA nor security assumes liability for property left on site.
