Team challenge format
Brackets use round robin play with a maximum of eight teams. Each four-player team plays four doubles matches, with a minimum of four matches and a maximum of five games per match.
- Games use rally scoring to 15, win by one.
- The first team to win three games wins the match.
- A 2–2 tie is decided by a skinny singles tiebreaker to 15.

Registration is open on the official listing through November 4, 2026 at 6 p.m. PST. The listing states that the $5 per-event service fee is non-refundable and that no refunds are available after the cancellation deadline.
